1. Are you a real factory or trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer of metal abrasives with our own production workshop, production equipment and quality inspection team. We are not a trading company. All products are directly produced and supplied from our factory. OEM and ODM customized services are available for global importers and distributors.

2. What main products do you supply?

Our main products include cast steel shot, steel grit, stainless steel shot, cut wire shot and other metal abrasive media. They are widely used in shot blasting, rust removal, surface cleaning, shot peening and surface profiling industries.

3. Can I get free samples?

We support sample service. Customers need to bear the sample cost and freight charge. After you place formal bulk orders, we can negotiate to refund part of the sample fee. Please send us your detailed requirements for samples.

4. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is flexible. For conventional specifications, the minimum order quantity starts from 1 ton. For special customized sizes or hardness, we can communicate separately according to your demands.

5. Can you customize metal abrasives according to my requirements?

Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization. We can adjust particle size, hardness, density and packaging according to customers’ working conditions and technical standards.

6. How to guarantee your product quality?

We implement strict full-process quality control. Raw material inspection, online production monitoring and finished product testing are carried out before shipment. Each batch can provide related test reports if required.

7. How long is your production lead time?

Normally, the lead time is 7–15 working days after receiving your deposit. It depends on the order quantity and product specifications. We will confirm the exact delivery schedule before order confirmation.

8. What are your payment terms?

We usually accept T/T payment. 30% deposit for production, and the balance against the copy of Bill of Lading. Other payment terms can be further negotiated for long-term cooperative customers.

9. How about your packaging method?

Standard packaging is 25kg woven bags or iron drums. We can also support customized packaging such as labeled bags as customers’ requirements.

10. Which countries do your products export to?

Our metal abrasives are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America, Australia and other regions. We have stable cooperation with many local importers and surface treatment companies.

11. What is the difference between steel shot and steel grit?

Steel shot is spherical, mainly used for surface cleaning, descaling and shot peening. Steel grit is angular, which is suitable for creating anchor patterns and surface profiling before painting and coating. You can tell us your usage scenario, and we will recommend suitable abrasives for you.

12. Can you offer the best competitive price?

We are direct factory without middlemen. We will offer factory direct prices based on your order quantity and product specifications. The larger your order volume, the more favorable the price.

13. How can I get an accurate quotation?
