Recently, Shandong Huilizhong Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its newly built annual 100,000-ton metal abrasive production line, located in Zouping City, Binzhou, has been officially completed and put into operation. The new production line is situated in Qingyang Town Economic Development Zone, Zouping City. As one of China's largest domestic bases for metal abrasives, Zouping boasts a complete industrial supporting system. After the new production line starts operation, Huilizhong will possess scaled-up production capacity of 100,000 tons of metal abrasives annually, with products covering multiple series such as cast steel shot, cast steel grit, wire cut shot, peening shot, stainless steel shot, low-carbon steel shot, bearing steel grit, copper shot, aluminum shot, and zinc shot.

The production line adopts advanced processes and equipment, achieving high-standard control in stages such as raw material selection and finished product inspection, ensuring core indicators like particle size uniformity, wear resistance, and service life.
