Application:

 Filling and supporting in casting (core application): In the "shell casting" process, it is used as a filler within the sand box to support the thin shell sand mold made of coated sand, preventing the mold from deforming or being damaged during pouring.

 Industrial counterweights: Due to its high density property, it is commonly used in:

· Large-scale equipment such as engineering machinery, ships, and bridges that require weight-bearing or balance maintenance.

· Filling dumbbells, barbells, and other sports equipment. 

Product Features and Specifications 

· Material and Appearance: Usually in the form of round particles. Some products have undergone electroplating treatment on their surfaces to enhance rust resistance.

· Common Specifications: The diameter range is typically between 1.0mm and 10mm. 3-6mm are relatively common specifications.

· Physical Properties: The density usually ranges from 6.7 to 7.4 T/m³; the bulk density (loading weight) is generally between 4.2 and 5.2 T/m³.
